Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Setup order
Optional: tick as you go, or let the checks do it1Mount TP-583Txr near the source (or scaler output) and TP-583Rxr at the display end.0/2
2Verify every DIP-switch on both units before applying power (factory default is all Off/up).0/2
3Connect the LINE RJ-45 on TP-583Txr to the LINE RJ-45 on TP-583Rxr with a single certified HDBaseT cable.0/2
4Wire RS-232 and IR extension only if the space design uses them (for example, display control via TP-583Rxr's RS-232 port).0/2
5Power both units from their 12V adapters.0/2
6Power-cycle both units once, since DIP-switches 1B, 2B and 3B only take effect after a restart.0/2
7Confirm the LINK LED lights on both units and the display syncs.0/2

DIP-switches (both units)5
- Set HDBT Range (DIP 1A)Rear panel > SETUP DIP-switches > 1ACheck it is Off / up (HDBaseT normal range)
Why
Normal range covers Aigna's typical HDBaseT runs at full 4K60 quality; ultra-long range trades bandwidth for reach and is only used on a longer cable run.
- Set Compression Level, extended range (DIP 2A)Rear panel > SETUP DIP-switches > 2ACheck it is Off / up (standard compression, EDID passthrough)
Why
Keeps true EDID passthrough for reliable plug-and-play with Aigna's room PCs and displays; the high-compression position hardcodes the EDID instead.
- Define Compressed Resolutions (DIP 1B)Rear panel > SETUP DIP-switches > 1BCheck it is Off / up (compress only above 1080p)
Why
Leaves 1080p and below uncompressed for the best quality at Aigna's normal run lengths.
- Define RS-232 Function (DIP 2B, 3B)Rear panel > SETUP DIP-switches > 2B, 3BCheck it is Off, Off (embed RS-232 data and control signals over the extension line)
Why
Extends the display's RS-232 control back to the source end, which Aigna's room control relies on.
- Define IR Pass-through (DIP 4B)Rear panel > SETUP DIP-switches > 4BCheck it is Off / up (pass-through the IR signal to the IR port via IR cable)
Why
Matches Aigna's standard IR-cable-to-sensor wiring; only switched to the modulated position if an IR emitter cable is used instead.
RS-2321
- Extended RS-232 baud rateCheck it is 300-115200 baud, auto (not adjustable)
Why
The extension line carries whatever rate the connected controller and display use; there's nothing to set on the extender itself.
