Vendor access

This part is for Aigna staff

Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

One thread, typed once

A design is drawn from the space types and the device library. Its bill of materials prices the quote; the quote and the design write the statement of work. Accepted, the design goes to the client's Keia over the engagement as a proposal, becomes the client's project, and its BOM becomes the install positions the build sheets start from. The as-built comes back as a reviewed change. Nothing is typed twice.

Connects to

  • Invoicing: Xero or QuickBooks. An accepted quote's payments would go to the accounts tool as invoices. Designed, not built; Keia Atlas keeps no ledger.
  • Import: D-Tools or Jetbuilt. A project from a quoting tool would come in as a design, matched to the space types and the library. Designed, not built.
  • Not a replacement for a PSA (ConnectWise, Halo, Simpro) or for accounts. Keia keeps the thread from design to as-built, and hands the money to the tools that already do it.

A provider's own Keia

This is Northlight AV's sales

A provider keeps its opportunities, designs, quotes and margins in its own Keia. None of it reaches a client until a quote is accepted, and then only the design, as a proposal. To see it, pick one of its people in View as (Sam Okafor, Northlight AV).
