Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Optional: tick as you go, or let the checks do it1Connect the laptop to the Thunderbolt 4 upstream port for video, data, network pass-through and up to 90 W charging in one cable.0/8
2Open the OSD and set Input Source > Auto Select on, with the Thunderbolt option set to prompt for multiple inputs.0/8
3Leave DDC/CI on so Dell Display Manager can adjust brightness and input remotely.0/8
4Check the RJ45 port shows the laptop's own network, not a second address; it only passes through once the upstream cable is connected.0/8
5Run Reset Input Source if the monitor was used elsewhere before, then apply the above.0/8

Input Source2
- Auto SelectInput Source > Auto SelectSet to On, Options for Thunderbolt set to Prompt for Multiple Inputs
Why
Switches to the live cable automatically but still asks if more than one input is connected, so a second laptop docking nearby doesn't steal the display.
- Reset Input SourceCheck it is Run once at install
Why
Clears whatever a previous desk left set before Aigna's own values are applied.
Others1
- DDC/CIOthers > DDC/CICheck it is On (vendor default)
Why
Dell Display Manager needs DDC/CI on to set brightness and input remotely; Aigna just confirms it hasn't been turned off.
Network pass-through1
- RJ45 (2.5GbE)Check it is Pass-through only, active once the Thunderbolt upstream cable is connected
Why
The port isn't a separate switch port with its own address; it only works once the host is docked, so there's nothing to configure on the monitor itself.
