Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Setup order
Optional: tick as you go, or let the checks do it1Mount the camera on its arm above the whiteboard and run its category cable down to the inline Power Injector.0/1
2Power the injector from a mains socket and run its second category cable to the Dongle Transceiver.0/1
3Plug the Dongle Transceiver's USB-A cable into the space's ChromeOS compute system.0/1
4On first power-up, let auto-calibration find the whiteboard's corners; check them from the Sync App's Video tab and adjust with Edit Boundaries if the frame is off.0/1
5Confirm the camera shows Scribe firmware 1.4 or later so the Whiteboard Camera option appears in Google Meet.0/1
6In a test call, on the space's Google Meet touch controller choose More Options > Present > Whiteboard Camera.0/1

Whiteboard framing1
- Edit BoundariesPer unitVideo > Edit BoundariesSet to The four corners dragged to match this space's whiteboardWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Auto-calibration on first use gets close, but every whiteboard is a different size and distance from the camera, so Aigna always checks and adjusts it by hand.
Firmware2
- Firmware versionCheck it is 1.4 or later
Why
Google's Whiteboard Camera option in Meet only appears once Scribe is on 1.4 or later; older units need a manual firmware update first.
- Firmware updateInventory > Room > UpdateCheck it is Manually scheduled, after the Lab passes it
Why
Sync Portal has no automatic-update toggle to turn off; updates are already manually scheduled, matching Aigna's Lab-first policy.
