Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.
No project is configuring it now. 2 projects will, later.

A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 6Scribe has no network interface or web page of its own; its category cable runs from the camera through the kit's inline Power Injector to a USB Dongle Transceiver that plugs into the space's ChromeOS Google Meet compute system, where it's picked up as the Whiteboard Camera. All configuration (whiteboard boundaries, firmware) goes through Logitech Sync, reached from that same computer.

What the vendor's documents don't say (5)
- Scribe only works with a ChromeOS Google Meet compute system, not Android; Aigna should not plan to use it in a space whose compute system is Android-based.
- The physical Share Button built into the Scribe kit is explicitly not supported with Google Meet, even though it's used to confirm auto-calibration in Logitech's general (non-Google-Meet) workflow; how a Google Meet room is meant to confirm calibration without it isn't documented.
- Manual whiteboard boundary calibration needs the local Sync desktop app connected to a computer; it isn't available from Sync Portal or in Appliance Mode, so a laptop may need to be borrowed for it in an all-in-one ChromeOS room.
- No PoE class, standard or power draw is documented for the camera or its Power Injector; only that the kit's injector powers it over the category cable (see the device model).
- The datasheet and the Logitech Hub spec page disagree on the camera's depth (593 mm vs 573 mm), already flagged in the device model.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each camera arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.

Licence and management
No licence named in this setup guide.
Managed in: Logitech Sync App (run from the space's compute system); the Google Meet touch controller for day-to-day use.
