Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.
No project is configuring it now. 1 project will, later.
On the units running it
A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 7A 3x1 switcher with an embedded web UI that Aigna uses to name the device, join it to the AV VLAN, tighten the default password, and set the USB-C laptop input as the priority source. Most AV behaviour (HDCP, colour handling, sleep) is left at Kramer's defaults.
Identity and networkDevice web interface
- SetDevice NameDevice › General › General PreferencesThe hostnameMatches DNS, device management and monitoring, so one name finds the device everywhere.source
- VerifyIP ModeDevice › General › NetworkDHCP (default), with a reservation on the AV VLANAigna's AV devices sit on a DHCP-reserved address on the AV VLAN rather than a hand-typed static one.source
SecuritySecurity page
- VerifySecurity StatusSecurity › SecurityOn (default)Keeps the web pages behind a login instead of open to anyone on the AV VLAN.source
- SetWeb Pages Access PasswordSecurity › SecurityFrom the password vault, per siteThe device ships with Admin/Admin, which must be changed before the switcher goes into service.source
- Set802.1X AuthenticationSecurity › 802.1XOffAigna's AV ports authenticate devices at the switch instead of at the endpoint.source
AV settingsAV Settings > Audio Video Settings page
- VerifyHDCP (per input)Yes (default) on all inputsLets any HDCP-protected source play through without the installer having to touch it per space.source
- VerifyHDCP (output)Follow Input (default)Only encrypts the output when the active input needs it, which keeps unprotected sources compatible with older displays.source
- VerifyColor Depth Force 8BitsDisable (default)Leaves full colour depth in place; only used to force compatibility with a difficult display.source
- VerifyForce LPCM 2CHDisable (default)Lets multi-channel or compressed audio through unchanged for Aigna's standard Google Meet audio path.source
- VerifyForce RGB on OutputDisable (default)Leaves the native colour space in place for the connected display.source
- VerifyAuto Sleep DelayEnabled (default)Lets the output go to sleep after a signal loss instead of holding the display awake indefinitely.source
- VerifyNo input signal (sleep timeout)900 seconds (default)Gives a space enough time between meetings before the output sleeps, without leaving it on all day.source
- SetAnalog output volumeRouting Settings › Analog OutputsThe room's calibrated listening levelThe slider has no stated factory value; it's set to match each space's speakers during commissioning.source
RoutingRouting / AV Settings pages
- SetAuto-switching Selection ModeAV Settings › Auto switchingPriority, with the USB-C laptop input (Input 1) highestAigna's rooms are BYOM-first; plugging in a laptop should always win over an idle HDMI input.source
- SetUSB Host RoutingRouting Settings › Routing PageUSB follows AV coupled routingKeeps the active video input's USB peripherals (camera, soundbar) tied together, which is simpler for a space with one laptop at a time.source
Control and timeControl Gateway / Device > General pages
- VerifySerial Port TunnelingControl Gateway › Serial PortsControl (RS-232 controls the SWT3-31-HU itself)Aigna's rooms don't chain a separate serially-controlled device off this switcher.source
- SetUse Time Server (NTP)Device › General › Time and DateManualUse Aigna's own time servers rather than whatever the network offers.source
- SetTime server addressDevice › General › Time and Datentp1.aigna.exampleKeeps the switcher's clock, and its device logs, aligned with the rest of the space's equipment.source
- SetSync frequencyDevice › General › Time and Date1 dayKeeps the clock accurate without polling the time server unnecessarily often.source
FirmwareDevice > General page
- VerifyFirmware update methodManual upload only, no automatic-update toggle existsThere's nothing to turn off; firmware only changes when an installer manually uploads a file, which already matches Aigna's Lab-first policy.source
What the vendor's documents don't say (3)
- No factory default is stated for the Auto-switching Selection Mode or for USB Host Routing coupling, so both are marked 'change' rather than 'verify'.
- No current firmware number is published in the manual; settings were checked against the manual's own P/N 2900-301609 Rev 13.
- USB-C/B ethernet pass-through and USB-C 2.0/3.0 data-rate mode are documented but left at their defaults; Aigna hasn't needed to change them for a standard room.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each av switcher arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.
