Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.

A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 7Both cameras attach to a Poly Studio X or Studio G62 as a second camera, either over USB (any host) or, on Studio X72 and Studio G62 only, over the host's link-local network (LLN) port as an IP camera. Settings live on the host's web interface, not on the camera itself. The E60 is a long-throw 12x PTZ used for presenter tracking in large rooms; the E70 is the dual-lens DirectorAI camera used for wide-room framing.
Framing and imageHost system's web interface > Audio/Video > Video Inputs
- VerifyFraming SizeAudio/Video › Video InputsMediumMedium is Poly's own default group-framing view and suits Aigna's meeting rooms; no need to change it.source
- VerifyWhite BalanceAudio/Video › Video InputsAutoAuto is what Poly recommends for most rooms; only switch to Manual if a space's lighting gives poor colour.source
TrackingHost system's web interface > Audio/Video > Video Inputs
- SetTracking ModeAudio/Video › Video InputsFrame GroupThe E70's default tracking behaviour isn't documented; Aigna sets Frame Group so the camera covers the whole room rather than chasing individual speakers.source
- SetTracking ModeAudio/Video › Video InputsFrame PresenterThe E60 is the long-throw camera Aigna uses for presenter tracking in large rooms and auditoriums; this is the mode built for that.source
- SetTracking EnabledAudio/Video › Video InputsOnFraming settings only take effect once tracking is on; the documented default isn't stated.source
General camera settingsHost system's web interface > Audio/Video > Video Inputs > General Camera Settings
- SetAllow Other Participants in a Call to Control Your CameraAudio/Video › Video Inputs › General Camera SettingsOffFar End Camera Control isn't something Aigna wants the other party adjusting; the documented default isn't stated.source
- VerifyCamera sleep modeAudio/Video › Video Inputs › General Camera SettingsLeave at whatever Google Meet Partner Mode setsThe admin guide says not to configure sleep settings in Partner Mode; Google Meet manages this camera behaviour itself.source
- SetEnable User Camera SelectionAudio/Video › Video Inputs › General Camera SettingsOnLets someone in the space pick the other camera from the touch controller without calling IT; the documented default isn't stated.source
IP LLN pairing (Studio X72 and Studio G62 only)Host system's web interface > General Settings > Device Management
- SetPairGeneral Settings › Device Management › Available DevicesThe camera with this space's MAC addressPairing by MAC stops a camera pairing with the space next door, the same as the TC10.source
- SetPower for the LLN connectionThe camera's own adapter, a PoE/PoE+ injector, or a Netgear ProAV M4250-9G1F-PoE+ switch for more than one IP cameraThe LLN port itself supplies no power; Aigna's large rooms with multiple IP cameras need the Netgear switch, not a chain of injectors.source
What the vendor's documents don't say (4)
- No power draw in watts for either camera; only PoE/PoE+ class and the adapter rating are documented (see the device models).
- The default values for Tracking Mode, Tracking Enabled, FECC and Enable User Camera Selection aren't stated in the admin guide; Aigna's values are treated as a change against an undocumented default.
- Studio X32 and Studio X52 have no LLN port, so IP LLN connection only works on Studio X72 or Studio G62; on those two hosts, only USB works for the E60/E70.
- Mixing an IP LLN camera with a USB-connected camera on the same host isn't supported; a space needs one connection type or the other.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each camera arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.
