Dual display, codec in the control room: Two 85 in displays fed over HDBaseT from a Poly G62 codec in the control room's AV rack, a wide camera on the audience and a PTZ camera on the presenter, a table microphone for the presenter and four ceiling microphones for questions, eight ceiling speakers on an amplifier, and the presenter's laptop over HDBaseT. Lighting scenes come from the building's lighting control; recording and streaming take the codec's feed in the control room.
