Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Every setting
6 in the setup guide, as patternsValues marked Per unit are patterns here. Each unit's build sheet has them worked out: jnu-206-prn01.
Administrator access1
- Administrator passwordPer unitSettings/Registration > Management Settings > User Management > Authentication Management > Register/Edit Authentication UserSet to From the password vault, per siteWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Ships with the same default Administrator password (7654321) as the rest of this Canon generation; Remote UI login is actually blocked on the default until it's changed at the control panel.
Date and time2
- Setting the Date/Time (time zone)Per unitSettings/Registration > Preferences > Timer/Energy Settings > Date/Time SettingsSet to The site's time zoneWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Sets the clock used on print and scan job logs and the SNMP monitoring timestamps.
- SNTP SettingsSettings/Registration > Preferences > Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings > SNTP SettingsSet to ntp1.aigna.example
Why
Syncs the clock from Aigna's time server automatically instead of a manual entry that drifts.
SNMP1
- SNMP SettingsSettings/Registration > Preferences > Network Settings > SNMP SettingsSet to SNMPv3 on with Aigna's monitoring credentials; SNMPv1 off
Why
SNMPv1 sends its community string in the clear; Aigna's print-fleet monitoring only needs v3.
Printing1
- Secure Print (PIN printing)Check it is Available to every user from the driver's Output Method by default
Why
No separate admin-side toggle is documented for this model; Aigna just confirms the option is there before relying on it for sensitive jobs.
Updates1
- Scheduled Update SettingsSettings/Registration > License/Other > Register/Update Software > Scheduled Update SettingsSet to Off
Why
Left on, the printer checks and downloads firmware on its own; Aigna applies a release only after the Lab has passed it.
