Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Setup order
Optional: tick as you go, or let the checks do it1Connect MeetUp 2 to the space's ChromeOS compute system by USB-C, and HDMI-out to the room display (or via HDMI-in if the compute system drives the display directly).1/1
2Enrol the ChromeOS compute system as Google Meet hardware in the Google Admin console, using the hostname as its device name.1/1
3Connect MeetUp 2's Ethernet port to the AV VLAN for Sync management (it carries no PoE).1/1
4Install the Sync App on a laptop the first time, or use Sync Portal, to bring the device into Aigna's Logitech Sync organisation and confirm the space.0/1
5On first login to Local Network Access (its own IP address), change the admin password from the default.0/1
6In the Google Admin console, set Default Camera Framing to Manufacturer framing so RightSight 2 runs the camera.0/1
7Set RightSight 2 to Speaker View or Group View in the Sync App's Camera settings.0/1
8Run the space's verification, including a Google Meet test call.0/1

Google Meet hardware (Google Admin console)5
- Enroll a device with a codePer unitSet to Device name: the hostname (of the paired ChromeOS compute system)Worked out on the build sheet
Why
Each space uses one Meet hardware licence on its compute system, named the same as everywhere else.
- Room calendarPer unitDevice settings > CalendarSet to The space's calendar resourceWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Shows the space's meetings and lets people join in one tap.
- Time zonePer unitSettings > Device settingsSet to The site's time zoneWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Must match the room and its calendar.
- Scheduled rebootSettings > Device settingsSet to Daily, inside the maintenance hours
Why
A fresh start each night when no one is in the space; the documented default isn't stated.
- Default Camera FramingDevices > Google Meet hardware > Settings > Camera settingsSet to Manufacturer framing
Why
Google's own documentation says RightSight 2 only works when this is set to Manufacturer framing; left at No Preference, the space falls back to manual camera control.
Camera (Logitech Sync)1
- RightSight 2Set to Enabled, Speaker View
Why
Frames the active speaker with a room-view inset, which is what Aigna wants for its small Google Meet rooms; the documented default isn't stated.
Security and network (Local Network Access)4
- Local Network AccessSystem > More settingsSet to On
Why
Gives Aigna a per-device admin page over the network, rather than needing to reset the device or use only Sync Portal.
- Admin passwordPer unitSet to From the password vault, per siteWorked out on the build sheet
Why
The default password is the last five digits of the device hostname, printed nowhere obvious; every device needs its own vault password.
- Internet Time (NTP)Local Network Access > System settingsSet to ntp1.aigna.example
Why
Use Aigna's own time server instead of whatever the network offers.
- TCP/IP (IPv4 addressing)Local Network Access > NetworkCheck it is Auto DHCP
Why
Aigna puts AV devices on the AV VLAN with a DHCP reservation, which is also this device's default.
Firmware1
- Firmware updateInventory > Room > UpdateCheck it is Manually scheduled, after the Lab passes it
Why
Sync Portal has no automatic-update toggle to turn off; every update is already a manually chosen time window, which matches how Aigna tests firmware in the Lab first.
