Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Setup order
Optional: tick as you go, or let the checks do it1USB: connect the camera's USB-C/USB-B port to a USB-A port on the host system and power it from its own adapter, or (E70 on G62) from a PoE injector on its Ethernet port.0/1
2IP LLN (Studio X72 or Studio G62 only): connect the camera's Ethernet port to the host's LLN port. The LLN port supplies no power, so power the camera from its own adapter, a PoE/PoE+ injector, or, for more than one IP camera, a Netgear ProAV M4250-9G1F-PoE+ (GSM4210PD) switch.0/1
3IP LLN only: in the host's web interface, go to General Settings > Device Management, find the camera under Available Devices by its MAC address, and select Pair.0/1
4In the host's web interface, go to Audio/Video > Video Inputs and set Framing Size, White Balance and Tracking Mode below.0/1
5Go to Audio/Video > Video Inputs > General Camera Settings and set Enable User Camera Selection.0/1
6If more than one camera is attached, confirm the intended camera is primary (embedded camera, then HDCI, then USB, then HDMI source, in that priority order).0/1
7Run the space's verification, including camera framing and tracking.0/1

Framing and image2
- Framing SizeAudio/Video > Video InputsCheck it is Medium
Why
Medium is Poly's own default group-framing view and suits Aigna's meeting rooms; no need to change it.
- White BalanceAudio/Video > Video InputsCheck it is Auto
Why
Auto is what Poly recommends for most rooms; only switch to Manual if a space's lighting gives poor colour.
Tracking3
- Tracking ModeAudio/Video > Video InputsSet to Frame Group
Why
The E70's default tracking behaviour isn't documented; Aigna sets Frame Group so the camera covers the whole room rather than chasing individual speakers.
- Tracking ModeAudio/Video > Video InputsSet to Frame Presenter
Why
The E60 is the long-throw camera Aigna uses for presenter tracking in large rooms and auditoriums; this is the mode built for that.
- Tracking EnabledAudio/Video > Video InputsSet to On
Why
Framing settings only take effect once tracking is on; the documented default isn't stated.
General camera settings3
- Allow Other Participants in a Call to Control Your CameraAudio/Video > Video Inputs > General Camera SettingsSet to Off
Why
Far End Camera Control isn't something Aigna wants the other party adjusting; the documented default isn't stated.
- Camera sleep modeAudio/Video > Video Inputs > General Camera SettingsCheck it is Leave at whatever Google Meet Partner Mode sets
Why
The admin guide says not to configure sleep settings in Partner Mode; Google Meet manages this camera behaviour itself.
- Enable User Camera SelectionAudio/Video > Video Inputs > General Camera SettingsSet to On
Why
Lets someone in the space pick the other camera from the touch controller without calling IT; the documented default isn't stated.
IP LLN pairing (Studio X72 and Studio G62 only)2
- PairPer unitGeneral Settings > Device Management > Available DevicesSet to The camera with this space's MAC addressWorked out on the build sheet
Why
Pairing by MAC stops a camera pairing with the space next door, the same as the TC10.
- Power for the LLN connectionSet to The camera's own adapter, a PoE/PoE+ injector, or a Netgear ProAV M4250-9G1F-PoE+ switch for more than one IP camera
Why
The LLN port itself supplies no power; Aigna's large rooms with multiple IP cameras need the Netgear switch, not a chain of injectors.
