Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.
No project is configuring it now. Every project
On the units running it
A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 8Aigna's one Cisco device doesn't run Google Meet itself. It registers to the Webex cloud service, which lights up the built-in Join Google Meet button that dials into a Google Meet using just the meeting code from the calendar invite; the Join Webex button is hidden since Aigna doesn't hold Webex meetings. Room booking still comes from the space's Google Calendar, connected through Webex Control Hub's Hybrid Calendar for Google.
Registration and Google Meet interopDevice web interface
- SetProvisioning ModeConfiguration › ProvisioningWebexRegisters the device to the Webex cloud service, which is what makes the Join Google Meet button available; the default is Auto (provisioning server picked up from DHCP), not Webex.source
- VerifyUserInterface Features Call JoinGoogleMeetDevice settings › UserInterfaceAutoAuto (shown) is Cisco's own default once the device is Webex-cloud registered; Aigna just leaves it.source
- SetUserInterface Features Call JoinWebexDevice settings › UserInterfaceHiddenAigna doesn't hold Webex meetings on this device, so the button would only confuse people; the default is Auto (shown).source
Identity, time and networkDevice web interface
- SetSystemUnit NameDevice settings › SystemUnitThe hostnameSent as the DHCP hostname and used as the SNMP name, matching how Aigna names every other room device. The default is blank.source
- SetTime ZoneDevice settings › Time ZoneThe site's IANA time zoneMeeting times on the touch panel must match the room calendar; the default is Etc/UTC.source
- SetNetworkServices NTP ModeDevice settings › NetworkServicesManualUse Aigna's own time servers instead of whatever the DHCP server hands out; the default is Auto.source
- SetNetworkServices NTP Server 1 AddressDevice settings › NetworkServicesntp1.aigna.exampleAigna's primary time server; the default is 0.tandberg.pool.ntp.org.source
- SetNetworkServices NTP Server 2 AddressDevice settings › NetworkServicesntp2.aigna.exampleA second server, so one failure doesn't stop time sync.source
- VerifyNetwork IPv4 AssignmentDevice settings › NetworkDHCPAigna puts AV devices on the AV VLAN with a DHCP reservation rather than a static address; this is also the vendor default.source
SecurityDevice web interface > Security
- SetAdmin passphraseSecurity › Users › adminFrom the password vault, per siteThe default admin account ships with no passphrase set at all; RoomOS won't let the device be used until one is set.source

What the vendor's documents don't say (3)
- The Join Google Meet button dials in using the meeting code from the Google invite; it isn't a native Google Meet client, and Cisco doesn't document one-button-to-push for Google Meet the way it does for native Webex meetings.
- Cloud-managed automatic software upgrades are only documented for devices linked to Webex Edge for Devices (an on-premises CUCM/VCS registration bridged to the cloud). For a device registered directly to the Webex cloud service, as here, the guide doesn't document a device-side automatic-update toggle; updates are managed from Control Hub instead, which is outside the device web interface this configuration covers.
- Whether Hybrid Calendar for Google needs Webex Edge for Devices, or works for a device registered directly to the Webex cloud, isn't fully spelled out in this guide; Control Hub's own calendar-service documentation should be checked before rollout.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each desk video device arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.
