Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.
No project is configuring it now. 2 projects will, later.

A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 7A small box that turns a USB camera's video into HDMI for a space's switcher. Aigna joins it to the AV VLAN, tightens the default web/API password, and sets the HDMI/audio source; most defaults (DHCP, standby) are already right.
NetworkDevice webpage > SYSTEM tab
- VerifyIP addressingDHCP (default), with a reservation on the AV VLANAigna's AV devices sit on a DHCP-reserved address on the AV VLAN rather than a hand-typed static one.source
SecurityDevice webpage > SYSTEM tab
- SetWeb/API passwordFrom the password vault, per siteThe device ships with username admin and password admin, which must be changed before it goes into service.source
- SetREST API bearer tokenGenerated, not left blankAdds authentication to the REST API rather than leaving it open to anything on the AV VLAN.source
Video and audioDevice webpage > CONFIGURATION tab
- SetHDMI output resolutionThe room display/switcher's native input resolutionMatches whatever the connected Kramer switcher input expects, up to 4K30.source
- SetCamera sourceThe space's USB camera on USB 3.0 input 1Selects which of the two USB inputs the HDMI output is captured from.source
- SetAudio inputThe space's USB camera or a separate USB audio device on input 2Lets audio be taken from a separate soundbar/mic rather than forcing the camera's own mic.source
Power managementSerial/REST command (ALLOWSTANDBYMODE)
- SetStandby modeDisabledKeeps the bridge live and ready between meetings rather than dropping the HDMI signal to the switcher when USB streaming stops.source
ControlRS-232 terminal block
- VerifyRS-232 baud rate9600 baud, 8N1, no flow control (fixed default)Matches whatever room controller, if any, talks to the bridge over its 3-pin terminal block.source
What the vendor's documents don't say (3)
- No factory default is stated for ALLOWSTANDBYMODE, so it's marked 'change' rather than 'verify'.
- Firmware here (2.18) is the latest version the user guide's change log mentions being reflected in its screenshots, not a number INOGENI states as 'current'; there is no separate release-notes source to confirm it.
- The two physical ends of the case aren't labelled front/rear in any source found; inputs (USB x2, LAN) are on one end and outputs (HDMI, RS-232, power) on the other.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each adapter arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.
