Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Configuring happens in a project's Deploy page
Each device is provisioned, installed, configured in this setup order and commissioned there, ticked off with who and when. This page is the standard it follows.
No project is configuring it now. 2 projects will, later.

A practice run. A new install, in order. Ticks stay on this browser. The real run is ticked device by device in a project's Deploy page.
0 of 7A half-rack scaler with both a front-panel OSD menu and an embedded web UI. Aigna joins it to the AV VLAN, password-protects the web pages (off by default), and sets HDCP/EDID and auto-switching for a Google Meet room; scaling and audio processing are left at Kramer's defaults.
NetworkFront panel OSD (Advanced > Ethernet) or Device Settings web page
- SetIP MODEAdvanced › ETHERNET › IP MODEDHCP, with a reservation on the AV VLANAigna's AV devices sit on a DHCP-reserved address on the AV VLAN rather than a hand-typed static one.source
- VerifyCONTROL PORTAdvanced › ETHERNET › CONTROL PORTKramer's default IP control portLeft at the vendor default unless a site's controller needs a different port.source
SecurityDevice Settings web page > Authentication
- SetAuthenticate Web Pages accessAuthenticationOnThe web pages are not secured out of the box; Aigna turns this on before the unit goes into service.source
- SetWeb pages user name and passwordAuthenticationFrom the password vault, per siteSet alongside turning authentication on, so the unit is never left with a blank or shared login.source
HDCPHDCP web page (or Advanced > HDCP ON INPUT/OUTPUT on the OSD)
- SetHDCP on inputs (HDBT, HDMI1-3)Advanced › HDCP ON INPUTON for every inputLets any HDCP-protected laptop or source play through without per-space tweaking.source
- SetHDCP on outputs (HDMI OUT, HDBT OUT)Advanced › HDCP ON OUTPUTInput (only encrypt the output when the active input is encrypted)Keeps an unprotected source compatible with a display or extender that doesn't support HDCP.source
EDIDEDID web page (or Advanced > EDID MANAGE on the OSD)
- SetEDID source for each inputAdvanced › EDID MANAGECopy the connected display's own EDID to every inputMatches every input's reported resolution and audio format to what the space's actual display supports, rather than a generic default EDID.source
SwitchingAdvanced menu (OSD) or Input Select web page
- SetAUTO-SYNC OFFAdvanced › AUTO-SYNC OFFSLOW (about 2 minutes)Lets the unit shut down after a meeting ends without cutting out during a brief signal gap.source
- SetAUTO SWITCHINGAdvanced › AUTO SWITCHINGLast connectedAigna's rooms are BYOM-first; whichever source was just plugged in should take over automatically.source
OSD and audioFront panel OSD
- SetOSD DISPLAYOSD › DISPLAYINFO (shown for 10 seconds)Gives the space a brief on-screen confirmation of the active source without leaving a permanent overlay.source
- SetMIC MODEAudio › MIC SETTINGS › MIC MODEOFFAigna's Google Meet rooms take audio from the Poly Studio X bar, not this scaler's mic input; left off unless a space specifically wires a mic here.source
FirmwareDevice Settings web page
- VerifyFirmware update methodManual upload only, no automatic-update toggle existsThere's nothing to turn off; firmware only changes when an installer manually uploads a file, which already matches Aigna's Lab-first policy.source
What the vendor's documents don't say (3)
- No factory default is stated for HDCP per input/output, EDID source, Auto Switching or Auto-Sync Off, so all are marked 'change' rather than 'verify'.
- The manual gives the total power draw only as 48V DC, about 850mA (about 41W); no separate figure for the up to 13W it can pass as PoE to a transmitter.
- No current firmware number is published; settings were checked against the manual's own P/N 2900-300644 Rev 5.
Provision is the first step of Deploy: before or as each adapter arrives, every system gets its record, so the device is known the moment it is plugged in. It is ticked in the project's Deploy page; this is what each record needs.
