Vendor access
This part is for Aigna staff
Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

The team's way
Batches by default: units that share a setup guide are set up together, the shared setup once, then only what differs per unit. By room, by floor or one at a time where the team works that way, or a set you pick. Every way shows the same units and checks, so switching loses nothing.
Checked, not ticked
Keia Atlas checks what it can see: the records in the systems, the unit online on its switch port, the settings read back. What passes waits for one Accept, recorded with who, when and what passed. Exceptions stay out of it until someone fixes them.
Spaces and installers
Commissioning is space by space: a short room test once every unit is set up, and "All passed" signs the space off. A vendor sees only their installs, one action per unit. Every change is live between windows, with History and Undo.
