What to do

Choose the build option for each space from its space type.
Write the swap sheet: position, old model, new model, hostname kept.
Check mounts, cable lengths and power suit the new model (its ports are on the model page).
List each networked device with its port and VLAN for the network team.
Ask the service manager for design sign-off.

From the Custom room design playbook, Design phase: "Custom design and signal routes", which produces: Design.

The phase is done when: Design signed off; Lab tests passed.
