Vendor access

This part is for Aigna staff

Vendors see their own installation and the device reference they need to build it: device types, setup guides and models. Everything else stays with Aigna.

Privacy first

Room counts come from the meeting-room privacy records

The sensors here measure the building (temperature, humidity and air), not people. Room counts come from the video bars, counted per room, only for groups of three or more, and never shown per person.

The standard

A house choice

Building sensors, privacy firstHouse choice

Sensors measure the building, not people: counts are per room, for groups of three or more, and never shown per person.

  • Fit only sensors that measure the room (temperature, humidity, air), or count people as a number, never who they are.The building is measured; the people in it are not watched.
  • Show a room's occupancy only as a count, and only for groups of three or more.A count of one or two can point at a person.
  • Cover every sensing device by a privacy record for its class and office before it goes in.A person has checked the purpose, the notice and how long anything is kept.
  • Put building sensors on the Building VLAN (50).They are managed apart from staff devices.

Aigna's own choice for this demo, not a public standard's requirement. It joins the standards library when it is written in full.

Every sensor in the service

2 temperature, humidity and co2 sensor for the building management system

In scope: building sensor. States are simulated: seeded per unit, with open incidents on alert. Real feeds from The building management system and The privacy records replace them with the same shape.
